Our Results
`{`Envision Learning Partners`}` really taught my teachers how to do the “stuff.” It’s the best staff development I’ve been able to get for my academies. There’s nothing else like it out there. Our coach could see what we were doing. And then the next day, my email box was full of resources and her observations.
You encouraged me to be reflective in EVERYTHING I was doing, which at times I DID NOT want to do, but in the end it made me a better teacher.
This year’s workshops have given me a template or blueprint for how to conceive of and implement performance-based learning. From the essential question to the rubric to the reflection, the competencies provide a through line for me as the teacher to develop a coherent and meaningful performance assessment.
